can you ship to?
We currently
ship within the United States only. Customers living in Alaska
or Hawaii may order our products but require additional shipping
costs.

How long does it take to receive the order?
We typically
ship our orders in 24 to 48 hours. During the month of
February which is typically our busiest time, orders usually
ship in 1 - 4 days. After that
FedEx takes over and depending on where you live it will take 1
to 5 days. If you need expedited shipping then contact us
directly for a quote.

What do I do if I have questions or need help
assembling the awards?
We are here to
help so please use our "Contact Us" page and someone will get
back to you shortly with an answer to your question.

Do you engrave the brass name plates?
No. We
currently do not offer this service. For help with the
engraving, contact your local trophy shop and they can assist
you with your engraving needs. We prefer to keep this
service local to you since misspellings can happen and it is
easier to get them resolved locally.

How will I know how to paint the career bands on the
arrow?
Each order comes with detailed assembly instructions. These
instructions include details on how to paint the career bands
and even what color and types of paint to use.

How are the plaques hung on the wall?
Each of our
plaques come with a pair of keyhole slots on the back that make
hanging your Arrow of Light®
award as easy as possible.

What does the stock status mean?
Stock status
indicates our level of stock for that product. Items that
are in stock ship in 24-48 hours, items not in stock reflect the
time in which we will get our next batch of items.

Will I be able to track my order?
Yes.
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and
you can then track the progress of the shipment using the FedEx
website.

Do you offer pre-finished plaques or arrows?
No. We
do not at this time offer pre-finished arrows or plaques.
